  • John Poole opens new chapter with Scecina library project

    Scecina Facilities Manager John Poole likes big projects.   At his home, he just built a new garage to store his 2008 Mustang GT. As facilities manager at St. Malachy Catholic Church and School in Brownsburg, he oversaw two capital campaign projects.

  • Congratulations to Scecina's AP Scholars

    Scecina began its Advanced Placement program in the early 2000s with AP Calculus and AP Literature. Today we offer 18 AP classes on a regular basis. Advanced Placement classes are courses set up by The College Board which reward the students with college credit for the class if the student earns a score of 3 or higher on the subject test. The AP classes are offered at no extra charge at Scecina, but there may be a charge to take the AP exam, depending on the class.
