Senior Crusader football players Nate Canterbury and Luke Frain both have been selected to the Region 7 All-Star Football Squad.
“Congratulations to Nate and Luke for this wonderful honor,” said football head coach Ott Hurrle. “Region 7 consists of all Marion County schools that field a football team, so the competition for this honor is very difficult.”
Nate and Luke will have a chance to be selected for the 2015 Indiana All-Star Game, which is is played in July. The final team will be selected by the All-Star Game coaches in March.
This month Nate and Luke both signed letters of intent to play college football. Nate, a defensive end, has committed to play his collegiate football at Hillsdale College, a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Luke, a punter and kicker, will play at Western Kentucky.
