    Scecina graduate Betsy (Kinne) Smith '65 appears as "church and town gossip" in "Coat of Many Colors," which airs on NBC on Thursday, Dec. 10. She loved the experience but had to play in a "hateful" scene when her meddlesome character and others badger Mr. Parton.     Bob Cathcart, Class of 1978, was honored this month at his college alma mater as he was inducted into the DePauw University Athletics Hall of Fame. Cathcart, who graduated from DePauw in 1982, was a linebacker for the Tigers.
