October Crusaders of the Month
Each month students are acknowledged for displaying one or more of the values of Scecina Memorial High School, vocation, servant leadership, stewardship, and excellence. These students are nominated by teachers and staff as the Crusaders of the Month. The October Crusaders of the Month are:
Nomination: Advancement Department
Values Displayed: Stewardship and Servant Leadership
Comments: Isenia volunteered to help with Open House, she was one of the first students to help set up and one of the last to leave. She was a great ambassador of Scecina to prospective families.
Nomination: Music Department
Values Displayed: Excellence and Servant Leadership
Comments: Maggie excels in her Choir class, she is always on task and helping other students.
Nomination: Math Department
Values Displayed: Servant Leadership and Excellence
Comments: Mason is always willing to help his classmates understand the material and works hard to be a good student.
Nomination: Athletic Department
Values Displayed: Servant Leadership, Excellence, and Vocation
Comments: Carlos is a role model for the boys' soccer program through quiet leadership, good sportsmanship, and excellent effort on the field.
Nomination: Health and Physical Education Department
Values Displayed: Servant Leadership and E xcellence
Comments: Chris is a hard worker who always follows directions, and acts a mentor to the younger students in the class.
Nomination: Student Media Department
Values Displayed: Excellence
Comments: Bo has done a fantastic job in advanced TV Productions. He has consistently shot the great video footage and produced quality stories for the Red and Gold Show.
