Cross Country | Boys Win Chatard Invite

Last night the boys and girls cross country teams competed in the Bishop Chatard Cross Country Invitational.

The Crusader boys' team placed 5 runners in the top 15 to win the Bishop Chatard Invitational team Championship. Senior Mitchell Donlan led the way with his 7th place finish. Sophomores Jacob Lenne (10th) and Andrew Clegg (13th), along with junior Sam Barnard (14th) and freshman Henry Egan (15th) rounded out the Top 15. The Crusaders finished 3 points ahead of runners-up and host Bishop Chatard.

The Lady Crusaders placed four runners in the Top 20 to finish 3rd in the team results. Sophomore Jacqueline Kennedy was the top Crusader finisher in 8th place, followed by senior Justice Carmichael (15th), junior Jenna Nosek (18th), and senior Caroline Sausser (20th).

The Cross country teams compete next at the Greenfield Central invitational on Sept. 9.
