Enrollment Management Assistant
Scecina Memorial High School, a co-educational Catholic high school of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis serving students in grades 9-12, is seeking a full-time Enrollment Management Assistant.
The Enrollment Management Assistant is responsible for implementing departmental processes and projects in a timely and professional manner to ensure attainment of enrollment and retention goals. The assistant’s duties include aiding families through the admissions and enrollment process, as well as in the gathering of supporting application documents. The assistant also assists in the planning and execution of recruitment events internally and throughout the community.
The assistant supports the Director of Enrollment Management and requires the highest standards of professionalism, organizational skills, interpersonal communication skills, and confidentiality. A college degree and excellent computer skills are required. Some event planning would be helpful. On occasion, the assistant will be asked to work some evening and weekend hours.
