Performance Based Scholarships
The Partner Schools* will provide the Enrollment Management Office with the GPA’s, percentage grades, or a report card for of all 8th grade students. This will include grades from 1st semester of 8th grade. After we receive information and feedback from the Partner Schools, the Enrollment Office will award scholarships based upon the information received. The Enrollment Management Office will notify the family of the scholarship and then give these awards at a ceremony at each Partner School, usually 8th grade graduation. The scholarship will be contingent upon the student remaining in good academic standing through the end of their 8th grade year. For students who are from non-partner schools, the same information will be acquired by the Enrollment Management Office and scholarships will be awarded based on their performance.
All 4 of the performance based scholarships are renewable annually, students are eligible to renew their scholarship if they maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher and/or gain the approval of the Scecina Memorial High School Admissions Committee. All GPA’s of scholarship students will be evaluated at the end of each year to determine if they will be eligible to renew their scholarship.
