Throughout the school year, eighth grade students are invited to visit Scecina for a Shadow Day.  Visiting students may elect to shadow a Scecina student of their choice, or the Admissions Office will match students by interests.  In addition to experiencing a day in the life of a Scecina Crusader, visiting students are treated to a complimentary lunch and have the opportunity to meet with teachers, coaches, and administrators.  On the date of the Shadow Day, students should arrive at Scecina’s main office by 7:20 AM. In the event of a weather delay, please arrive at 9:20 AM. If you are unable to attend on your scheduled day or school is closed, a representative of the school will contact you to reschedule. Dismissal is at 3:00 PM. Visiting students are asked to wear their school uniforms--or dress pants and a polo-style shirt. Please contact the Admissions Office at 356-6377 ext. 1311 to request a shadow form, or complete and submit the online form below.

**Please note that in order for your student to shadow, you must have the day confirmed by the Admissions Office and a permission form signed by your student's principal, which will be provided Scecina.**

On the day you shadow, please plan on the following:

• Please arrive at the Main Office at 7:20 A.M. 
• Visitor parking is in the East parking lot, in front of St. Francis Hall
• You will be dismissed from the Main Office at 3:00 P.M.
• Please wear your school uniform or a polo shirt with dress pants.
• Please bring a t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants, and tennis shoes for PE class.
• Please bring a book to read, in case one of the classes you attend is taking a test that day.
• We will provide lunch for you in our cafeteria.
