  • Scecina's annual pilgrimage to honor Father Scecina

    Each year when Scecina students visit the nation’s capital for the annual March to Life, they make a special side trip to Arlington National Cemetery. 

    In an area called Chaplains Hill sits the Catholic Chaplains Monument, which honors Catholic military chaplains who died while serving in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.

  • Scecina's robot is ready to compete

    Freshman Osighe Akpeokhai (left) is a member of Scecina’s Robotics Club, which participated in its first competition of the year on December 16. The club’s challenge, at a VEX Robotics Competition at Greenfield-Central Central High School, was a learning experience, especially for the younger students. They’re already looking forward to their next competition in the spring, said club moderator Andy Smith.
