Ready to Make It Official?

To accept your admission offer and become a member of Scecina’s Class of 2030, you must complete the following steps.

Step 1

Registration Form and Fee

Your first step to officially becoming a Crusader is to complete the registration form and pay the non-refundable registration fee. This can be done as soon as you receive your acceptance notification, directly through your Finalsite account.

Securing your spot early helps us prepare for your arrival — we can’t wait to welcome you!

Step 2

Select Your Courses

Get ready to start building your Crusader schedule! The next step is to schedule and attend your Course Request appointment to choose your classes for freshman year. Appointments will take place during Curriculum Night on February 19 and 25, 2026.

You’ll be able to schedule your appointment through your Finalsite account—more details and instructions will be sent to you via email.

Step 3

Submit Tuition Assistance Application or Waiver

To be considered for tuition assistance for the 2026–27 school year, you must complete the Online Tuition Assistance Application by March 16, 2026, using your 2025 tax documents. This application is submitted through FACTS.

If you do not plan to apply for tuition assistance, you are required to complete the Tuition Assistance Waiver.

Next Steps After Completing This Step:

  • Sign Your Tuition Contract
Once your Tuition Assistance Application is reviewed by FACTS and results are sent to Scecina, you’ll receive an email with your award amount. You will then be asked to sign a Tuition Contract confirming your tuition amount—this step is required whether or not you applied for assistance.
  • Enroll in a Payment Plan
After signing your contract, you’ll be able to set up a FACTS payment plan, allowing you to pay tuition through convenient online automatic withdrawals.
  • Schedule a State Choice Voucher Appointment (if applicable)
If your student will be using an Indiana Choice Scholarship (voucher), you must schedule an appointment with our Tuition Office. Appointments will begin in May 2026.

Step 4

Technology Agreement and Fee

All students and parents are required to review and sign Scecina’s Acceptable Use of Technology Policy, which outlines the expectations for using school technology responsibly and respectfully.

This step will be provided through your Finalsite account.

Class of 2030 Admissions

We know that starting high school is a big step for both students and parents, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. As part of your transition, we invite you to attend our New Student Orientation!

The orientation program will help you become familiar with our school, meet faculty and staff, learn about school expectations, and connect with other new students and families. New Student Orientation will include:

  • Welcome session with school leadership
  • An opportunity to practice going through your class schedule
  • Finding and opening your locker
  • Receiving your school computer
  • Receiving your lunch code
  • Time for questions and community building

There is always a welcome cookout for all new students and their families! This is a great opportunity to meet other Crusader families, faculty, and staff in a relaxed setting before orientation begins.

There will also be a New Parent Orientation! It is designed to help parents and guardians of incoming students feel confident and connected as they join the Scecina Memorial High School community.

We encourage all new students, along with at least one parent or guardian, to attend.

We can’t wait to see you there and begin this exciting journey together!
